About Mendocino Services​

Hello and welcome!

My name is Lea Stedman, a lifelong Mendocino Coast local and the owner/operator of Mendocino Services. For over ten years, I have provided professional cleaning, organizing, hosting, and property support services throughout the Mendocino Coast. My work spans private homes, garages, offices, real estate turnovers, post-construction cleanups, vacation rentals, private event and wedding cleanup, and more complex situations such as post-eviction and hoarding environments.

My family has been part of this community since the 1970s, and I take pride in continuing that tradition by supporting local homes, businesses, and connections along the coast.

I’m also a single mother of two wonderful children, and I feel incredibly fortunate to raise them in such a beautiful place.                                                                                                  Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors—photographing the coastline, walking, biking, and participating in local community events.

Over the years, I’ve gained a diverse range of experience, including managing an art gallery and tattoo studio, cooking in several local restaurants, and serving as the manager of a community center for four years. These roles have shaped my strong work ethic, adaptability, and attention to detail.

Living locally allows me to respond quickly and handle issues in person—day or night—providing peace of mind for both homeowners and guests.
