  • We remove trash from the property if needed

  • We can supply off-site laundry services if needed

  • We can order supplies and amenities for your property

  • We can hire and manage contractors for maintenance or service  needs

  • Move out cleaning services start at a flat rate minimum of $300 . Consultation is recommended.

  • Make beds 

  • Process laundry (wash, dry & fold)

  • Empty trash bins

  • Clean surfaces in all rooms

  • Clean appliance surfaces

  • Wash dishes

  • Clean bathrooms

  • Dust shelves, windowsills, etc.

  • Vacuum floors

  • Mop floors

  • Organizing if requested (for residential)

  • Restaging decor and amenities (for air Bnb)​

  • Deep Clean oven                           $50 add on

  • Deep clean refrigerator               $50 add on
