​ Fees may be raised or lowered depending on market based rates and technical aspects of the property.

  • We use effective non-toxic. disinfectants and cleaning products.

  • We offer a flat rate per cleaning session.

  • We bring our own supplies and equipment.

Commercial rate:                         $60 per hour 

Local company discount:           $30 per hour

Bathroom & breakroom only    $60 flat rate (weekly schedule)

Cleaning schedule  A: Wednesday during work hours

Cleaning schedule  B: Wednesday after work hours

Cleaning schedule  C:  Wednesday and Saturday before 3 pm.
